Twitter Feed

A rotating feed of an account's latest tweets, fetched when the page loads. Choose the account, how many to show and how the widget is laid out. It is shown in the block inserter as Canvas Twitter Feed and registered as canvas-core/twitter-feed.

Select the block on a page and its own settings open in the sidebar, in the panels below:

Settings

Each setting is named exactly as the block editor names it, followed by what it does and what it starts as. Where a setting carries a Shown when line, it stays hidden until that condition is met, which is the usual reason a setting looks missing from the sidebar:

  The URL the widget asks for tweets. Twitter requires authenticated API credentials, so this points at your own small server-side proxy. Leave empty to use the theme default.
